Damn them macaque's damn them to hell!!!

LONDON (AFP) -- Life's looking bleak for Gibraltar's famous Rock
apes: they face forced contraception to curb a population
threatening to grow beyond control, The Independent daily newspaper
said Monday.

The paper said the contraceptives would be hidden in the monkeys'
food and some of the females would be shot with "anti-fertilisation
implants". We later found out the "anti-fertilisation implants" 
consist of a 7.62X39MM full metal jacket projectile, the same 
exact projectile commonly fired from an AK-47.

The population has grown four-fold to 250 in the past five years
since it was made illegal to harvest them for personal use.
Thirty monkeys are born each mating season.

The Independent said the monkeys were thought to be guilty of
vandalising British soldiers' equipment(or was it the british
soldiers were vandalising the monkeys with their "own equipment")
and tossing feces at passers-by. 

The macaque monkeys originated in the Atlas mountains of north
Africa and it is believed they came to Gibraltar during the Moors'
occupation from 700 to 1500 A.D. What ever the hell that means?
